1. About Date By Faith

Date By Faith provides faith-centered speed dating events designed to encourage meaningful conversations and authentic connections among singles in a welcoming environment.

Participation in any event

constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Ticket Purchases

All event registrations are subject to availability.

Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

A completed registration and successful payment are required to reserve your seat.

Date By Faith reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations at its discretion when necessary to maintain event integrity, safety, or capacity.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Tickets are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Non-exchangeable

  • Not redeemable for cash

  • Not valid for future events

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Illness

  • Personal emergencies

  • Transportation issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Failure to attend (No Shows)

  • Change of mind

If Date By Faith cancels an event, participants will receive communication regarding available options.

4. Event Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully.

Date By Faith reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for behavior including, but not limited to:

  • Harassment

  • Discrimination

  • Aggressive or threatening behavior

  • Intoxication

  • Inappropriate language or conduct

  • Disruptive behavior

  • Failure to follow event guidelines

Creating a safe, welcoming environment remains our priority.

5. Eligibility

Participants must meet the age requirements listed for each event.

By registering, you affirm that the information provided during registration is accurate.

6. Photography & Media Release

By attending a Date By Faith event, you acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event.

These materials may be used for:

  • Marketing

  • Social media

  • Promotional materials

  • Website content

  • Future advertising

If you prefer not to appear in promotional media, please notify an event organizer before the event begins.

7. Assumption of Risk

Participation in Date By Faith events is voluntary.

Attendees assume responsibility for their own decisions, conversations, and relationships formed during or after any event.

Date By Faith does not guarantee:

  • Romantic matches

  • Relationships

  • Marriage

  • Compatibility

  • Continued communication between participants

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Date By Faith, its owners, affiliates, volunteers, sponsors, venues, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Attendance at an event

  • Participant interactions

  • Personal property loss

  • Injuries

  • Emotional distress

  • Relationships formed after an event

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Logos

  • Graphics

  • Branding

  • Written content

  • Event materials

  • Images

remain the intellectual property of Date By Faith unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Information submitted during registration is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Event Changes

Date By Faith reserves the right to change:

  • Event dates

  • Times

  • Venues

  • Hosts

  • Activities

  • Event format

when circumstances require.

Participants will be notified of significant changes whenever reasonably possible.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State the event is in, without regard to conflict of law principles.
